      Online, love my team, autonomy of schedule

      Cons

      Lower Pay compared to other universities Managing other core faculty does not include a pay bump- who signs up for more work to be paid the same- NOBODY! RDS grant program has become restrictive and no longer award top funds for published works in flagship journals for the counseling field. Higher “leadership” is deceptive and not transparent Asking questions get you in trouble

      The old generation is past due, younger and more ambitious people want to achieve the impossible, people +50 that prefers getting paid while doing nothing is dragging the company down.
