      "2024 Year of Customer Service" then lays off customer service

      Pros

      Free meat each week. Work from home for some.

      Cons

      Told that 2024 was the year of customer service then lay some of them off. Subscription service company so trying to grow or sustain post Covid is a sinking ship. No career paths.

      Really nothing right now - this place is getting worse by the week.

      Cons

      Company made a big deal of making "employee appreciation day" a company holiday. And then laid 20 people off 2 weeks later. So much for employee appreciation! The new management is running this place into the ground. All the people in charge that made this place good have left over the past couple of years and I wish I'd left with them.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, good benefits and growing developments package.

      Cons

      Used to be an amazing company, but it has really lost its essence in recent years. New management has left a lot to be desired and there has been pretty significant turnover as a result. There is growing discontent within the company and I don't see upper management doing a lot about that.
