Company isn't the "family" it claims to be.

Work with some nice people on client properties.

Cons

Do NOT be drawn in by the homey, family description the company uses. It's anything but. They go through employees very quickly. Unpaid training. Most of the early paychecks are taken as equipment deposits. Very low pay. They only pay x1.5 for working holidays, while many employers pay x2.

You get a job. You get paid. Rarely do you get paid for what you actually work.

Cons

They have the most screwed up management team of anybody I have ever worked for. they want you to think they are professional but they are semi-pro at best. They lie about everything. They have written rules but it all depends on which manager you work for as to which rules get enforced and to what extent.

I met a few good people. They have a handful of good clients.

Cons

Everything else. The pay is bad, the company upper management is the worst I have ever worked for. As a supervisor, you have no saying at your own site. HR is TERRIBLE, they hire a bunch of good for nothing losers. They losers get placed in great accounts, and are lazy, sleeping on the job, don't show, leave whenever I can go on and on. The ops manager's are the worst. All they do is look out for themselves. Do work their, it's just horrible.
