Toxic culture (lots of gossip, lack of transparency and in-fighting, sales people would routinely lie to clients to save face), no performance reviews conducted at 6 mos/a year, no career development practices, management poorly handled projects and would ignore warnings about impending crises and then lashed out at staff when not handled the "way they would have" (even after asking for assistance beforehand), sense of disconnect between overall company strategy and roles, no raises or bonus structure in place for non-sales roles who handle an inordinate amount of work
