Pros

The non management staff had some wonderful people. But, a lot have moved on, leaving new talent for the antequated management to prey upon

Cons

At one point, they were being bombarded by negative reviews on glassdoor and they actually went to employees to ask them to do a positive post. Most people declined to do so, but the few positive posts were a result of that pressure. They threatened to pursue legal action against one person who mentioned about the FBI raid. The FBI search is true. I saw the documents online. In one year, they went through 3 HR Managers not to mention the scores of other employees.

Pros

The positive and somewhat positive reviews on this site were written by the marketing person. They're well done. So there's that.

Cons

Thinking of working here in sales? Don't. The rotation of leads is fixed and your clients will lose and drop because you will not be favored in that game. But don't take my word for it, do yourself a favor and Google this company. You'll see they were raided by the FBI... twice! If you can find the rep who was caught on camera on Dateline NBC selling workers comp leads to doctors (illegally) you'll have found the rep who is favored in the rotation. Your name will soon become dirt in the legal community. Run the other way.

Pros

I consider myself fortunate to work with a great group of people in my DEPARTMENT. Thankfully there is no drama or "gossip" within my DEPARTMENT. We all get along. We all support each other. The head of our DEPARTMENT is extremely knowledgeable, educated, and professional, I feel fortunate to work with this individual. At this stage in my professional career I had been longing to work with an individual who I can learn from and grow as a professional and I found that in this individual. What is HE doing here??? No idea! Same goes for me lol! I should have read these reviews BEFORE I started working here.

Cons

Now about the COMPANY... OH LORD JESUS! Where do I start?! The location itself is just ghetto, not a very safe neighborhood. 3 cars broken into since I've been here. The building is old, it smells old, desks are placed randomly everywhere. People are sick all the time, rumor has it there's mold and led in the building. Stability at Walker??? NO! Lies! People quit all the time! Left and right! 7 people have left the company since I've been here, it hasn't been long. I know it's been 7 because we get an email every time someone leaves the company because the door code changes. The vibe/energy in this company is horrible, very negative and thick environment. Policies, rules, procedures and everything else changes on the DAILY! Only a handful of employees have been here longer than 5-7 years, everybody else??? REVOLVING DOOR! It's just sad that the CEO doesn't see it! Mrs. CEO please wake up and smell the coffee! It's NOT normal in any company to have such a high turnover. If you consider yourself a professional STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
