Most staff are friendly and the books they work on are interesting. Location is good and office is colourful.
Cons
Management treats people awfully. The publisher gave me absolutely no training, support or feedback, and upper management are arrogant and dismissive. Communication is lacking, and the environment is stressful and unproductive.
