Poor on-the-job training
Profit driven leading to high output and poor quality (to quote: "Quantity is something you can measure, Quality is not")
Management will not listen to staff with regards to improvements, quality, or morale
Staff morale (this is the worst part of working there, it's like a prison camp. Everyone for themselves, and point the blame on someone else. People wrongly sacked for something they had no control over)
No job satisfaction. You are rarely thanked for a job well done, and told off instantly when something goes wrong
