Pros

What pros?!?! They want you to at least enter 5 words. WOW

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. You will feel valued at first but then if you question anything or you stand up to any of the Directors you will become a target. They will gossip about you, they will use you to work Many extra hours because the directors are too lazy and will not want to work! they contradict there morales and there mission. You are just a number to them and no matter if you work for them for 20+ years or 6 months they will throw you away like trash. Loyalty means nothing. I have seen and heard things that should never be talked about on the floor or go beyond management and talked about to employees. It saddens me to say that I would never put a loved one here or work for a company like this ever again. Best of luck to you if you decide to take a position here.

Pros

This was my first nursing assistant job after my certification and they promote positions for newly certified CNAs so I applied and got in. They have a great orientation with food, free prizes, and lots of good information over the course of three days. You must attend the full three days to be able to work. Once I started working everyone is very helpful and nice, with exception of some nurses who are too snooty to help you with a patient.

Cons

Everyone is quitting because it gets so crazy and people are become apathetic. Lots of times they would pull a CNA from our wing to work in another unit, leaving us short-handed and understaffed which in turn makes us not do as good of a job and not getting to patients fast enough.
