I’ve had a very positive experience working at Walker Pest Management. The company truly values its employees and fosters a supportive, team-oriented culture. Leadership is approachable and communicative, and there’s a strong emphasis on doing the right thing for both customers and staff. The work environment is professional but friendly, and everyone works together to ensure success in the office and in the field. Expectations are clear, training is thorough, and hard work is recognized. It’s a company that takes pride in its reputation and the quality of service provided.

Cons

Like any growing company, it can get busy during peak seasons — but the team pulls together to handle it.

Pros

All the team members are great to work with. Management does their best to take care of the technicians so they can provide the best service for our customers. Take home company vehicle is provided. The company continues to grow and expand every year!

Cons

Technicians may feel isolated from coworkers as they are out working their routes by themselves. Sometimes they may only see other coworkers once a week. Very hot work in the summer time.

The current team is really focused on growing the company in a healthy and sustainable way. The opportunities for growth and development have been fantastic. If there is a role that you want to work towards, you can! The focus on moving members up from within has led to a stronger team throughout. The direction that things are heading is very exciting.

Cons

Since it is a smaller business, the benefits are still developing. Also, since a lot of the team works in the field, some team members can feel isolated if they don't take advantage of the support systems in place.
