      Pay is decent but lots of turnover in leadership and every day necessary positions

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Dustin hill and Dan wall are terrible leaders In every aspect. Dan is too far past his company necessities and Dustin is an absolute bully and can’t relate to any of his managers/supervisors/techs.

      Everything. The culture, the management, the disorganization. No respect. Everyone treated like they’re disposable and stupid.

      Good pay that is paid weekly.

      Cons

      Company was bought out, massive lay offs, price hikes across the board. Toxic management and clique culture. Decisions are made short sightedly and they do not consider long term implications. Little room for advancement, and the yearly increase was never provided. High burnout, high stress, and you are always considered available no matter what.
