      Pros

      Benefits are good. Not hard work. If you want to do just the minimum this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Most employees just want to get their 20 years in and the get the heck out. People feel entitled and do not expect them to go the extra mile. They are in by 8 out by 5.

      Pros

      I loved everything about working at the Dothan campus. I learned a great deal and advancement was obtainable if you want. My day was filled with high school students looking for a college education to jump start their careers

      Cons

      The downside working at Wallace was the pay. The pay increases did not come fast enough. Another issue was with the department heads not being friendly enough to approach.
