Bullying Being constantly over worked and under paid Blatant favouritism and empty promises Lack of progression and development Irrational senior people who think it’s ok to swear and loose their temper Unwillingness to try new things and move forward as a business No recognition of your work what so ever and you are constantly over looked and under estimated Being expected to undertake so many things not in your original job description and not given any form of pay rise or higher title. Mental well-being and staff welfare is not a thing in this company even though they try and say it is

people at directorial roles are clueless salary is low no respect for employees reward is only for those who are friendly with the bosses no laptops for employees tech is super old can't even give footrests or back rests to employees don't even have stationary just a joke
