Sometimes when people aren't a good fit for the position and are held accountable to be able to perform the duties for which they were supposed to be experienced, we understand it can create some hard feelings. We're sorry that things didn't work out as we had hoped.
Since our company's inception, we have always compensated employees who take part in our rotating on-call schedule. In addition to the on-call stipend, we also pay either double time or standard over time, for every hour worked while on call depending on the time and day of dispatch. If there has been some sort of error, and you feel you were not compensated for any on-call time, please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to investigate further.
Over 60% of our staff have been with our team for 10+ years and we continue to grow in both revenues and profit made possible by our team of dedicated professional employees.
