Pros

We're family ofcourse the rating you see is not at all made up and they don't make us write it. We're family and our boss ofcourse treats everyone equally and in their dictionary they don't have the work favoritism Finally we're family, our bosses know everything in the digital marketing world they're the digital king and queen pin. So shut ur mouth and don't give any opinions.

But my family doesn't work overtime. I only get to spend 7hrs a day with them

The work environment suffers from poor management and a toxic culture. There is no provision for basic necessities such as a laptop or allowances—only a basic salary is offered. Expectations are extremely high, with little to no support or accountability from the management. The focus is solely on output, with little regard for employee well-being or development.
