Pros

Flexible working, people on the whole are very nice to work with. Senior managers are understanding,

Cons

Staff shortages within the team that are not addressed for years! expected to work very long work hours due to there not being enough staff. middle managers are mavericks that make up their own rules, some people are on a power trip. Pressurised to go back to the office despite the CEO and directors encouraging staff to WFH where they can.
