Bad culture False promises made by management Employees are denied of their basic rights : such as salary slip , PF details, leave for a day every week ( even though officially sunday is a holiday & saturday half day),most of the meetings will start on a sunday else you will be travelling every alternate sunday No career planning, if you can please management you will get everything else nothing doesn't matter how hard working you are day you decide to leave company they will become your biggest enemies because of no reason Incentives , TA are delayed by 6-7 months so that if you leave in between you wont get anything Poor salary & increments

Difficult to find one good reason.

Ignorance of employees.salary is as low as labours.even unid no. is not shown to employees which is the right of employee.they treat employees like slaves.the day u raised a query to management is the last day of yours in organization. Everyone is busy in pleasing higher management and if they don't then management will not pay u as u deserved even if u r star or super performer.lot to say...but everything can't be explained.just a advice that don't even dare to come here. If there will be an option of less than half star I will choose that one.they don't even deserve one star.
