Some of the best coworkers I’ve worked with. Pay is great especially with the step up pay and raise Nurse to patient ratio is great Great benefits Lots of opportunities to grow within the company or the federal government

Cons

Parking can be troublesome and have to take the metro mainly to go to work on weekdays. Not a lot of flexibility for full time employees to drop down to part time hours. It’s not really offered
