Allows you to work from home. Two paid volunteering days offered

Cons

They claim to care about their employees but will work you to the bone and pretend it’s not happening. They are severely understaffed but don’t appreciate the staff that stick around and work overtime everyday. They are very quick to point out the wrongs instead of commending the things you do right. The pay is abysmal considering all the overtime you will do here and the company is struggljng financially.
