Small company so your work performance will be noticed and have an effect on operations. Casual environment.
Cons
No advancement opportunities. Sales team is praised and rewarded more than anyone else. Very common practice to fire people then ask them to come back a few months later and pay them more! Even though it's a small company, you will find people talking behind your back and lying to your face. Overall the environment is not very conducive to expanding your career.
