      Good money if you work hard and prove yourself. Great benefits. Growth potential.

      Cons

      Long hours with barely a break. Difficult dealing with high level customer service. Corporate can be too secretive at times.

      Pros

      Walton has a strong company culture, good people, and a solid reputation in the multifamily industry. It is a good place to gain experience in property operations, maintenance, construction, and resident service. Leadership is generally approachable, and the company places a strong emphasis on community appearance and doing things the right way.

      Cons

      The workload can be heavy at times, especially when staffing or resources are limited. Pay and advancement opportunities may not always match the level of responsibility. Some processes and communication between departments could be more consistent, and updated systems would help improve efficiency.

      Pros

      Walton cares about your first impression with their company, making their training experience top notch. I felt truly cared for through training and got to meet many other leasing consultants and managers - all who were helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      The pay was on the lower end of the offers I had received. However, the strong communication and culture at Walton exceeded other the other jobs I had interviewed for.
