      Pros

      Good pay compared to most departments in the state. Also comparatively fewer use of force incidents

      Cons

      Stressful environment, everyday has the potential to go bad. You’re exposed to dangerous individuals and diseases at a higher rate than most people. Forced OT is common due to the turnover but not as bad as other departments. Their system for forcing people is pretty fair

      Pros

      The majority of the staff work at making it the best in the county. They have high standards of care, and it's a great looking clean facility.

      Cons

      The facility manager is constantly trying to cut benefits, they need to hire more nursing staff but keep adding office staff, and due to this they are constantly mandating overtime. (Usually 8hr shifts.
