Pros

Nice homes and easy to lease them.

Cons

Toxic work environment. HR is way too involved in every aspect of the business and does not provide a level playing field for team members. Micro-managing does not begin to describe the level you receive. KPI bonus is not fairly based.

Pros

The team members themselves were generally hardworking, and I was able to gain hands-on experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role required learning quickly and handling real responsibilities early on.

Cons

The company culture was very unhealthy. Overtime was frequent and often expected, including late nights and weekends, without any overtime pay or compensation. It was not uncommon to work until very late on weekends. Compensation was low compared to the workload and responsibilities. Management relied heavily on pressure rather than support, and employees were often criticized rather than encouraged. As an OPT employee at the time, I felt especially vulnerable, as the situation made it difficult to change jobs. This imbalance was sometimes taken advantage of, leading to excessive workloads and little regard for work-life balance.

Pros

They offer free lunch for all team members which is a very nice gesture.

Cons

If you’re considering working at WanBridge, I highly recommend reading the current reviews, they are spot on. This company is deeply unprofessional, with a toxic culture led by HR acting more like a warden than a support system, and a CEO who refuses to listen or learn from industry professionals. The owner believes he knows everything about property management, yet he is the root of the company’s operational failures. He often misleads clients, behaves unethically, yells at staff, and routinely talks down to women. The level of micromanagement is suffocating, and the lack of trust in team members is apparent. Turnover is extremely high, which should be a major red flag. Leadership blames everyone but themselves for ongoing issues. They brought someone in to grow the business, but unfortunately, she lacks the knowledge and never visible. WanBridge could be a great company with the right leadership, but as it stands, it’s a revolving door of burned out professionals who are not respected or supported. Proceed with caution.
