Professional growth. Wanderly provides a supportive framework that encourages employees to take on new challenges and acquire additional skills. 3. Work-life-balance, In Wanderly we are from different states and even different countries, because of working from home the flexibility of our working schedule allows us to maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life

      Cons

      We are a work-from-home company, and one area that I believe deserves consideration is the communication flow between departments. Sometimes the information was not communicated effectively, leading to delays and confusion. Strengthening interdepartmental communication channels could enhance overall efficiency and project timelines.

      Employees are all remote. It gives a lot flexibilities. There are work pressure, but we can do it on our own pace. Fast growing company provides career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      People got promoted because of the company growth. some are lacking management experiences. Employees cannot always get clear and consistent instructions.
