      It would be an understatement to say I find this review disheartening. Not only personally in seeing a negative CEO approval rating, but to read your comments about your experience and frustrations at War Room. The knee-jerk response is defensiveness. That being said, there is always an opportunity to learn and grow from feedback, especially when it is constructive. We encourage our team to reach out directly should they wish to discuss issues.       Absolutely terrible company. CEO thinks he is Steve Jobs and can't take any constructive criticism and will hide behind to CRO to control you. CRO is the worst micromanager I've ever encountered. They will also send threatening "Lawyer's Letters" to former employees who have left them after giving them 2 weeks notice just because they went to work for another company. They expect their employees to be their dogs once you accept their position. Join this company if you want your soul to be sucked out.
