No pros for this company and the racist bullies i worked with. Stay clear away from this company if you want to work in a positive work environment.

Cons

Extremely racist company. I was bullied on numerous occasions by colleagues, managers and the building managers. This company hires racist bullies. They made working at One Embassy gardens a living hell. Was always mocked, laughed at and made to feel very uncomfortable. I would rather sweep the oceans with a toothpick than work with this company again.

Unrealistic workloads, inconsistent leadership, poor communication, low morale, below-market wages, non-competitive benefits and annual leave, ineffective HR support, and salary reviews that disadvantage late-year starters. High-pressure environment with limited flexibility and support. Lack of recognition for performance, limited career progression, and unclear expectations. Processes can feel disorganised, with a reactive approach rather than structured planning. Concerns are not always addressed, and there is a lack of transparency from leadership.
