Pros

- work with other artists interested in weapons - they have some deactivated guns for reference - you get some work from home days each month - sometimes a company paid meal to celebrate new employee joining the team

Cons

- extremely toxic company culture - serious issues with nepotism and favouritism - office is not treated with respect - frequent slander about colleagues/former employees (upper management are the main offenders for this) - pay isn't always on time - salary is low considering the amount people are overworked - expensive location to live in - embraces a culture of disrespecting other companies and artists - your wellbeing doesn't matter - poor work/life balance - you are pushed to leave positive reviews for good PR

Pros

-You get to be yourself. -You're not punished for expressing yourself. -Fantastic company culture. -Management/founders are easily reachable and are integrated into the social circle. -The company is vocal about the poor status of the industry and always aims to do better. -Policies and treatment of individuals are fair. -Bonuses and pay rises to accommodate any increase in living costs or to represent good company performance. -Wardog wants people to grow, helps people get better and become top tier industry professionals. -There's room given for personal development and to experiment in specialising in business related ventures outside of core work (Photography, 3D printing, Personal 3D projects etc) -Transparent salary brackets. -Clear progression. -Mid level artist within just a year of industry experience. -In Scotland (free healthcare, free dental care up to 25, easy travel, beautiful locale, UK has great workers rights and protections, 28 days holiday as a minimum). -Optional overtime (as in really optional, no peer pressure or requirement, maybe 2 or 3 people out of the company ever participate in overtime but is a great way to get extra cash). -There's no desire or need for job hopping. -There's benefits to staying long term. -We are a tight knit team, everyone likes to participate socially after work hours. -Free alcohol -The company puts the workers before the bosses first. The bosses put in a lot of hours to get work done and to move the company forward. -Bosses do not pocket all the cash. -We have access to deactivated firearms in the office as reference. -We can and do push back on clients making stupid decisions. -We decline work that no one wants to work on. -We decline work that requires breaking our company culture, segregating staff or gluing shut USB ports. -We cringe at the quality of work everyone else in the industry provides :)

Cons

-We provide some of the highest quality work in the industry, at times it can be stressful and overwhelming
