      Large company that offers good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Large company with too many middle men, no one held accountable for not doing there job adequately. They continue to take over privately owned well established stores and turn them into poorly run and operating stores. It is sad to see such hard work from small businesses go so badly.

      The leadership here really cares about the people. The company has grown from 3 locations to 17 in the last two years!

      Still working on consistency and bringing all locations together as one company. But it is getting better.

      Large enough to offer some benefits

      Benefits are costly, roles are disorganized, company promised no layoffs and then laid off random employees saying it was just a business decision.
