      There is a high demand for employees. There's many opportunity and growth in various position. Such as, unloaders, stackers, team leadership, assistant and general management positions.

      Cons

      The turnover is really high. Which explains the demand for people. WLS lacks in structure and leadership, also has a long way to go to develop them.

      flexible.. until its not.. independent work environment ..

      Cons

      replaced and told to train my replacement underhandedly also underhandedly gave me a 50 cent raise with out her dad/boss knowing.. also you could be paying for insurance without having the insurance..
