      If you are good at what you do and show up to actually work and get stuff done, there is a lot of freedom in how you go about completing your responsibilities. Do your job and you will be rewarded accordingly.

      Pros

      This is an awesome team-based company with common goals always being at the forefront. Ample opportunity for growth and change. There is also a great company culture that makes every day fun and exciting. Lastly, getting to test the gear and making sure it is the highest quality before reaching the customer is not only fun, but exciting as you never know who it will go to. Overall, Warm Audio is awesome and I love coming to work every day!

      Pros

      It's awesome to be part of a fast-growing company. There is so much potential, including a new HQ, new opportunities, and other points of growth. Salary is competitive and benefits are pretty good. It's rapidly changing and being part of that is really fun and rewarding. Free lunch Mondays are pretty sweet too!

      Cons

      Personally, there are no cons for my role. I could see others not adapting to change as well. And as a small business you certainly have to own up to what you do, no matter what your role is.
