      Pros

      Interesting product but grossly overpriced when compared to thier competiton. And yes, they do have competition.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no room for growth at this small family company. Father created interesting product, hired son beacuse he could not get work out of college to run company with no rela work experience. Nepotism at its finest. If you are considering employment here, just move on. You will only look back at your time spent here as a colossal waste of your time with no professional growth whatsover.

      Innovative product line, great Project Management and Regional Manager team

      ZERO autonomy Very little marketing/advertising support Family run (CEO and President) - their way or the highway Not open to new ideas or suggestions to grow business Extreme micromanagement from direct reports Toxic work environment Treat top earners poorly Company policies and business decisions negatively effect territory growth

      Pros

      - A lot of freedom to attack your region as needed - Inside support groups are each excellent (Inside Proj. Mgrs- Todd, HR, Operations- Mark, Dept of Paul, Marketing- Marla, Leadership!) - Great training to start and get up to speed quickly - clear market presence as top of the line product

      Cons

      - Its expensive, so folks that didn't understand all the benefits took more time to educate -Framers were a bit fearful right until the fist few boards were down- the ah-hah moment you could see on their face
