      Impossible Owner Expectations

      Pros

      I worked with specific individuals that were great and I liked the type of work I did. I ended up learning a lot.

      Cons

      The expectations are outlandish and ownership does nothing wrong. Voni acts as sales is perfect and her and them cannot do anything wrong. Anytime feedback is given, no matter how respectful, she holds it against you and is very vindictive. I bent over backwards doing others jobs and helping whenever I could elsewhere and maintained my job, but the expectations just became more and more and way outside of my department realm and acceptable weekly work hours.

      Nice offices. Cool product. And *some* cool people to work with.

      Cons

      Owners don’t know how to manage people. Revolving door, even long term employees are leaving. 3 hr mangers in 2 years. Just think about that. Same with finance. Most managers are new or have been around for about a year. Owners don’t know how to talk to people. Business seems to be failing because they are cutting a lot of spending and headcount. Sales way down. They overspent during COVID which was good to us but clearly wasn’t gonna last.
