Pros

At least its a paycheck

Cons

Not a good place to work. They underpay everyone and refuse to do anything remotely competitive in the market. ZERO company culture in an a zombie like atmosphere.

management in IT does not seem to savvy on new tech, there not very nice to co-workers. it seems more important to wear a tie and dress nice then to do IT work that matters.

Pros

Small home builder that is family owned. You contribution makes an impact on the company. Everyone knows everyone, your not a number here.

Cons

Pay is not competitive with the public traded home builders. The main reason is the cost of capitol. Wall street company have access to cheaper capital making them more competitive than smaller non public home builder that have to rely on equity partners and bank loans.
