Pros
They do hire enough help to keep things running smoothly for providers. They are proactive in allowing for changes and keeping ahead of regulations. Very well organized.
Cons
Low-ball salary, more concerned about money than what patients really need, lots of unnecessary tests ordered, will always look out for themselves over doing what's fair, nickel and dime everyone from patients to staff. Family dysfunction enters business functions (family owned/run). Bully like behavior when things don't go their way. Wild swings between nice perks and disrespect. You don't know what you'll get day to day.
