Pros

It's an entertainment studio, company. Great people, i.e. coworkers! Great that new release movies are shown to the employees, and in WHV we were given a complimentary copy of the tent poles being released (combo pack DVD-BD and Digital copy). Much to the compliment of WHV they've been asked a number of times to boost performance of movies that did not perform well at the box office.

Cons

While everyone understands that new systems will replace workers, WB in general keeps cutting staff and loading more and more work on the others that remain to the point to where they even quit. Management is top heavy, and at times people are afraid to make decisions at the director level and above. This leads to more meetings with supervisors. To much management and not enough leadership.

Pros

Managers and directors are great at job training. They allow people to make mistakes and figure out solutions. Perks and benefits are great.

Cons

The changing landscape of the industry has caused the company to make many changes to its staffing. A lot of shuffling and lay off of people. The outlook for physical movies does not look good.
