Micromanaged, no raises, horrible training, if you aren’t in any of the cliques you’re treated horribly, many of those who have been there for years and years will forever look down on you.
This is great transition company for coming out the physical dealership.
Pros:
1) You actually spend majority of your time doing warranty since that is the only responsibility
2) Working from home
3) Accountability is held for everyone doing their part correct (service manager, advisor and tech)
Cons
The biggest con is training. There really wasn't a clear training course/ method. It was by the supervisor which sometimes is ineffective because they have a job to perform outside of teaching you a new DMS or the company's preferences and processes. Especially when onboarding a new dealership when you are new to the company.
