      Pros

      Casual, laid-back environment. Flexible on hours. Fairly good client list so that made projects more fun to work on.

      Cons

      Completely unrealistic expectations from management team. Managers would commit to impossible deadlines to clients. Priorities shifted constantly so you never knew what was the most important task at that moment. We were always putting out fires created by the CEO.

      Culture is very strange, almost like a cult CEO is involved with each team, each client and daily tasks no matter the level Religious prayer sessions weekly Everyone in the office knows your personal business and shares it Long hours, junior teams Poor mgmt in place Shady practices behind the curtains

      CEO does not listen to his team members. CEO believes he knows more than others. High turnover has occurred in the last year. CEO talks about his employees to other employees. Very unprofessional.
