      Pros

      Paycheck, benefit package, just do what I say and you will be fine mentality.

      Cons

      Upper tier management does not have a clue as to how to run a business, how to empower people, or how to keep employees!! (However, since they are a Warren, it doesn't really matter.) Maintaining the status quo is the norm at this place. Absolutely no opportunity for any type of growth.

      very poorly managed--my Manager had zero experience in property management and was tied to her FACEBOOK; and smart phone all day....Property maintenance had bee patched not repaired Most tenants smoked Marajuana....
