Pros

You get free movie passes Sun-Thurs (if your availability is open for Sunday) along with a free popcorn and soda. Generally flexible with scheduling. Most employees are friendly.

Cons

It gets very busy at times, especially during the holidays. Be ready to work EVERY HOLIDAY for upwards of 6 hours. Availability is also required to be open either Friday, Saturday, or both. Some shifts are better than others. We each work in every part of the Warren for different shifts, cleaning theaters, bathrooms, working in concessions and box, tearing tickets, passing out mints, enforcing, or 3D glasses. Shortest shifts are about 6 hours. Shifts are generally scheduled as follows: Open to 5, 12-8, 2-close, 5-close. I have worked here for almost a year and have never received any complaints, but I still only make minimum wage.

Worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

The checks never bounced, so they had that going for them.

Cons

Very shifty manager while I was there, passive aggressive, non-communicative. Now that I've far surpassed, in my own career, my prior manager's position, I realize how unprofessionally I was treated there as an hourly employee. They really couldn't have tried less to give me any respect. I look back on my time there as time wasted.
