My co-workers are very easy to work with and the benefits are pretty good.
Cons
The pay is horrible. With the cost of living so high as it is, I don’t see how they get away with paying certain positions $11-12 an hour. Admin does not care that people don’t get a living wage here, as long as they’re getting paid well.
Coworkers were like family. My supervisor was extremely understanding and accommodating if I needed to leave suddenly due to family reasons (which wasn't frequently). I looked forward to seeing my coworkers and customers every day.
Cons
Family insurance very expensive. Opportunities to advance rare due to people liking their positions well enough to stay for extended periods of time.
