Pros

The program itself can help women but isn't worth $1500-$4000.

Cons

The company culture is toxic. The CEO is extremely unprofessional and treats the women employees horribly. He is an insecure individual with no leader ship skills or knowledge on how to run a successful business. Sales people are paid pennies compared to the people on salary while the sales team are the ones bringing in the money for the company.

Pros

Ability to help women take control of their lives with nutritional and fitness guidance.

Cons

Work as contractors with no support or performance feedback. Bullying and unprofessional environment. Questions are not allowed or tolerated. Leadership is punitive and treats sales staff incredibly poorly, including name calling and shaming. Loved the Mission, it’s just not lived inside the company.

Pros

Coahces for the clients are great

Cons

There’s been multiple transitions in leadership that have come and gone. The company seems to have an identity crisis which is why they keep throwing different people at the position to fix the decline. As of August 2025, the current leadership has destroyed what was once great. Ownership have no idea the amount of favoritism going on behind the scenes. Some of the best staff have been let go because they simply voiced their disagreement. Ideas are outright taken from the key players on the team and credit for those same ideas are taken by "leadership" in front of the team meetings. Even more so, we found out that ownership has been repeatedly lied to in regards to what's happening with the company and the employees by those they entrusted to lead. We were also told that the team doesn’t need long to eat, see their families, or do anything other than close deals. The new way of selling is absolutely causing the company to go under. You can tell the owners don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, the brand is ruined and you can feel it. People who put in the long days and nights were pushed aside for others with promotions. But those same people are so nice that they never complained. I feel awful for those that are still there. Deals are stolen from people, moral is down, and the person's in charge have no idea how to fix. Advice to Management Don’t lose sight of those team members who put in the most work. Advocate for them, open your eyes or watch all your shooting stars turning into falling stars. They were treated horribly behind the scenes and you left them out to dry. This isn't warrior babe, this is something else completely.
