Pros

Good work life balance, benefits are pretty standard, most attorneys are friendly, office is really nice. No billable hours requirement. Compensation has improved a bit (but still under market generally).

Cons

Extremely top-heavy firm – most of the attorneys are partners over 60. Associates are given little responsibility and end up spending most of their time doing administrative work. No clear succession plan or room for growth if you don’t have your own book of business. No annual bonuses either. Don’t go here if you want to learn and do meaningful work.
