      Pros

      Work from home freedom. People leave you alone if you do a good job.

      Cons

      Poor operations. VP of Growth Rob Peterelin is the biggest con. He's a joke, but he's a friend of the owners so they refuse to see what an organizational cancer he is, and they won't fire him because they're weirdly loyal to him.

      Pros

      Great working with local team members who are experts in their field. Company management is exceptional, very transparent with goals and outcomes. The culture is positive, flexible, and fun.

      Being smaller, competition comes from all over.

      Pros

      Warwick is a small company, most of the employees are pleasant to work with. The company has been in business for a very long time.

      Cons

      Warwick does not pay a market rate for employees, salaries are low. The company is also very behind the times in the way that they do things and it's getting worse... Over the last year people have begun to be a little bit unhappy, or maybe more frustrated. It could be a great company and once was, but now it is beginning to go downhill.
