      Pros

      I was throughly impressed by the hiring process. The entire recruitment cycle was incredibly efficient from start to finish. The team is filled with very knowledgable and welcoming people. HR and the hiring managers were extremely responsive to all my questions. Every department I interacted with, from the hiring team to HR and IT, was highly organized.

      Cons

      There is a lot of new information to absorb during the initial onboarding process, but the team provides excellent training and support to help you get up to speed.

      The hiring process at Wasabi was honestly one of the best I’ve been through. From the first recruiter call to the final panel, it really felt like a two-way conversation, and there was a lot of respect throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciate! Michael Han was wonderful to work with - he is by far the best recruiter I’ve ever interacted with. He was super engaged, responsive, thoughtful he and made the whole experience feel smooth and personal. I was also really impressed by the engineering and leadership teams. Leaders like Tae, Ken and Scott are wonderful folks! You can tell they’re incredibly talented, and it says a lot about the kind of culture Wasabi has built.

      Pros

      Genuinely strong product and an easy value proposition to believe in. Helpful onboarding/resources for tools and sales processes. Many capable people and a global brand with momentum.

      Cons

      Role expectations and success metrics can feel unclear in smaller regional teams. Account assignment didn’t always translate into predictable opportunity ownership, which made planning pipeline and forecasting harder. Time zone differences can slow decisions and support for APAC.
