They have systematic processes for production and all of the moving parts for back office support. Very customer service oriented company.

Cons

Limited growth once you're in upper management. Could utilize positive reinforcement and critical feedback communication with more consistency.

Despite your background or experiences, if you can do the job well you are given rewarding opportunities. Growth opportunities from production employees up to Directors positions are available to be earned.

Cons

Work/life balance is difficult, but in order to be successful you must have an owner mentality. Sacrafice comes with great reward.
