Tough Place to work

Pros

Great place to gain experience, and exciting atmosphere to work right now while the team is winning. Offices are nice, and they have a new practice rink where you are able to enjoy watching the team practice during the day.

Cons

They do not treat thier employees with much respect. Loyalty is something that the company lacks. Salary is low becuase they claim that they are a "small market" team. Also, when I was hired we were offered 2 comp seats in the lower bowl, and as the years went on we got moved upstairs, and eventually we started losing tickets for certain games.

Not the best

Pros

It's hard to get your foot in the door in sports, and working here is a good way to get some experience.

Cons

In my experience, there were a few polite, nice people working here. Aside from that, many employees were rude, unhelpful to their coworkers on a regular basis. Pay is low, and hours are extremely long. There is no work-life balance -- with the Capitals, work is your life.
