      Many of the coworkers were friendly, hour-long lunch break, 2 weeks of vacation and tolerable pay.

      Cons

      Was promised a raise for my contributions on several occasions which never came. Had to work 50 hour weeks on salary without receiving overtime. Got fired for joking with a coworker... who reported me for "scheming". Came to find out later that they were just looking for people to fire for the slow season. TERRIBLE communication, got in trouble on several occasions for violating changes in policy that no one besides the managers were ever told about.
