Poor leadership that relies on the market being primed and ready to succeed. The leaders involved are toxic and not involved with the day-to-day business. The club's leaders do a disservice to the fans by actively avoiding making a connection because they don't want to be brought too close to the employees they manage. Very high turnover among smart, experienced professionals.

Over worked and underpaid. They do not value Black employees. They will fire groups of people at a time around the holidays. They pay an outsourced company to hire within the ticketing department that favors those employees over long term staff. The executive staff has lost the plot severely. You will put in long hours and barely get recognition. They favor the same few individuals who will get promotions while others that have met their goals and worked to elevate the club won't get recognition.
