I appreciated the people I interfaced with. The job was fully remote with office space in downtown.

Cons

Management burn out was evident.

Pros

The WSBA is attentive and dedicated to it's staff, ensuring a life-work balance like no other employer I have experienced. The WSBA values employee feedback and regularly involves staff in planning initiatives.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end for similar positions, outside of the non-profit sector. Decision making from upper management and leadership can often be slow. Process updates and implementation are slow and feel poorly planned.
