      Good choice for seasonal, indoor part time job

      Pros

      Air conditioned space, not physically demanding work. Enables creativity in designing display cases.

      Cons

      Re hiring process is opaque, verbal assurances of employment in the next Fair season are not to be trusted. Work during Fair is very monotonous. Business casual attire required in very specific colors, no uniform allowance provided.

      Not a lot of micromanagement, Supervisor defended workers from higher ups when they would miscommunicate.
