Lazy employees, horrible management, good employees don't stay long and leave shortly after arriving. Micromanaged from the top down. They say they want us to work on a project, give us no guidance, then enter the project at the end and change everything. Worst decision ever to work here. They do not care about the kids, they only care about political agendas. There is no diversity either. Middle management is clueless and they just do whatever they are told. Pay is acceptable if you worked normal hours and everyone pulled their fair share of workload, but not worth the amount of hours you will work to get it. Completely disappointed that this is the foundation of the education system. My friend who still works there said it hasn't gotten any better either. School districts pay better and actually care about kids. This place doesn't. The building is old and falling apart. It is also surrounded by homeless people and camps and the company does little to provide any security for their employees. I had to walk to work with mace hidden in my purse every day. Not well lit, lots of places for people to hide and mug you or worse.
